Now before we get into anything else, this writer needs to explain that what you about to read is a rant, nothing but.
After taking the life of Kasandra Perkins, Jovan Belcher then deliberately went to the Kansas City Chiefs facility and took his own life in front of his coach. This is where the whole things spiral out of control for this writer.
Since this all I have read is how the Kansas City Chiefs have dealt with this as well as the football community. Let us get this straight. Who cares on how they are dealing with this. A set of parents have lost their child, a child lost her mother. I believe this is where it starts and stops.
Many years ago I worked beside a man who turned out to be a murderer and I did not care about his life after the fact. I felt sympathy with how his family was struggling with it. I felt sick about how the victim’s family had to go through it with so many unexplained answers. The victim was Jackie Clarke. Look it up.
So in this case Jovan Belcher is a murderer and I do not care what his teammates think or how this affects the people in the football community.
I should say I do care about the people that had to witness the suicide end of this murder suicide. The vision will be with them for the rest of their lives.
What we need to remember is that the victim is Kasandra Perkins, the young lady who did not know her life would be taken. By the way, she was a mother and I would like to read more of her not him. I do not care about Joval Belcher, he is a murderer. Let us not forget that.
